WTB - 1000 PR 1 links. Budget is $2000.

    I want to buy 1000 PR 1 to PR3 links. This is a monthly work. The links will
    be divided among 5 sites. So 200 links per site.

    Links should be ONE WAY.
    PR should be on the page my link is on, not the home page. I will pay for links not link submissions

    My budget is $2000.
