Firstly you can not get quality/ fresh work for 100 articles at $120...(i said quality)

Then as far as re-writing goes, using these spinners is a bad idea, you can see the words tht get generated, they dont even make sense....
So i personally dont think that he put a bad offer...

Anyways i hope you find someone to do your work..

You are crazy! Considering I would charge $1500-3000 for 100 articles, I think not even the lowest quality unique writer would charge just $100.

For rewriting, $100 is a very good rate, I am currently using Aworker and he is doing a very good job!
