Wt to do ! i should have found payment but it didn't added to my account ?

    Hello,

    I've found payment from someone and yes he did paid and i've got a notification email from paypal to my account indicates paymant transection

    with transection ID ...ect

    But when i login to my account i see no transection done ??

    so wt is going on and wt to do ??

    Are you sure it is not phishing site?

    If not, Paypal don't display the latest transaction immediately in your account. You have to wait for a couple of minute for the list of newest transaction to be display.

    It is kind of odd that such a thing happened with OP. The transaction gets reflected pretty immediately as soon as the notification e-mail is received... :confused:

    Just send the copy of the notification e-mail to notify the paypal of the same in few hours.
    (Btw...I hope you did double check the sender of the notification e-mail to be via paypal...right?)

    Smell somthing phishing here :rolleyes: Have you checked email properly ? Are you sure its from paypal ?

    If that email includes transaction id then search for that transaction in your PayPal account. If you do not find the transaction then it is the phishing email that you have received. Report that email to PayPal.

    Your Account might have negative balance before this transcation. You got the payment and it neutralise and you may have zero balance.

    If may have something dirty like the phishing site etc.
    Take care of that. DO not click on any link in the mail. Open the website typing paypal in your internet browser and findout the transaction by entering Transcation ID.

    Thanks all for your replies

    - My account already has some money and so it isn't in negative
    - Money sent by a big company not just someone or kid
    - Email comes from paypal i clear it with the ip of sender same as it used to notify me
    - I've waitting a 12 hours and still nothing added to my account
    - Payer send me a print PDF of transection informations from thier account

    ...i have nothing to do,but to forgive them for that sum of money ...feeling really so badly

    or the simplest fact is. the SENDER MIGHT HAVE CANCELED THE PAYMENT BEFORE U ACCEPTED IT
