    Although it's not cheap there (INR 499.00 about 12$)
    They accept bank transfer and all that stuff

    Do you mean that you do not have a credit card and hence you can not pay to International companies.??

    There are several companies in India that accept cheque payment or direct bank deposit. eg. manashosting, bizzdomains, etc. Cant you go for that?
