    its a 4 letter domain ..
    Are .ws valuable ? Do people use it or give any importance to .ws domains ..

    Most people would not consider them valuable. I have seen a few attempted auctions here and they can't even get registration

    Unless you live in Western Samoa (yes, I know they are supposed to be general tld's), I can't see even major names having value

    It may change on the next 5 years but right now, no

    Probably the best approach right now would be to develop and earn the income or sell the developed, producing site. As ysf1 says, not a lot of people are in the market for .ws domains right now.
