congrats, you've fallen for Godaddy's marketing campaign.

.WS is for Western Samoa, don't believe that "Web Site" BS - that's just to get people to buy it.

.WS is a ccTLD, it is *NOT* a gTLD

it's not godaddy's compaign, it's GDI's compaign and there is nothing different, we have seen other ccTLD such as .me .tv .la ... There is nothing wrong with it, I love .ws

doesnt matter what the ccTld is as long as you have traffic and rankings for the site

If everyone can agree that the extension to the eyes of domainer stands for western somalia, and that it does not appeal to the majority of domainers. Who then will build .ws fromthe ground up?
Even though registrars are promoting them, it is unlikely to take off.

Sure you own great names, but if you can't sell them, and don't know when the wait will be over. What you are doing is incurring renewal fees every year, and getting nothing in return. Hope is not a good thing in business.

You either know that someone else build it for you, or you be the builder and build the extension up.
If neither of the cases are true, and you are sitting on "future gold". Might as well spend that money now on food and party because that future gold might never pay back a single cent.
