I have a single site hosted with WRZ and it has been down for the past 2 days along with the WRZ host, i have had no reply from the host by email and have had no notice to why this is happening. has anyone got any information on the down time? i want to get access to my files so that i can move my site to leaseweb. Do not use WRZhosting. biggest mistake ive made.

Thank you wptheme, and that's correct, i have sent them two emails and opened a ticket with them (when their site was actually working) and Ive had no reply. Ive had my account on WRZ host for about 3 months and in that time the service has been terrible I've been hacked twice and the down time is just ridiculous, do not use this host yes its cheap, but you dont even get what you pay for ...

Your saying because its a one man team its ok for them not to give me what im paying for? or have i gotten the wrong end of the stick here? if the host cant do what im paying it to do it's not worth my time.
WRZhost already SOLD! All clients of that site were Robbed! Don't worry.. That guys - already clean all accounts.. so forget Refund! How Do I Know? - I have few clients they told me... WRZhost wasn't sold. Only the shared hosting was sold because it was abused a lot and when a server gets abused the datacenter takes the whole server down and other clients are affected. Offshore shared hosting is very hard to keep up and make profitable. WRZhost still has over 100 servers in 3 countries around the world and we can still provide dedicated,vps and semi dedicated packages.
That gives WRZhost the right take down the hosting of all the shared hosting users without any notice with no information given?
That was a decision of the old management,the old management left so I had to recover a lot. I kept all the shared servers online until a few days ago so clients could take there backups. WRZhost has gone through some big changes but we are back on track to host you for life. I'm sorry for all the problems, you can pm me if you need help in private.
I hope you can do a much better job then the old owner I wish you good luck, but i wont be using WRZ again unless i see big changes.
