wrzhost.com hacked

hi i think this is the right section..If not then im sorry.But just to inform you that wrzhost.com has been hacked.I hope the owner can fix it asap as ive got a site on there..Just thought id inform you.It may just be the main site server but i thought id let you know

 

Wouldn't a call to the company that owns that site be more appropriate than posting here?

 

It just looks like there Apache(http) is down because when I go to there site I just get a white screen...

well im sorry then m8 that i just wanted to inform people in case they had a bloody server with them...Ill keep quiet next time so u can all find out urselves


and to freethenoob yh i dont think its too bad a hack luckily

 

It was only our main server with the wrzhost.com site,they uploaded an exploit to replace the index.html through an older script.
No other servers were affected

 

my site on wrzhost doesn't work... i can only log in to the temp cpanel address

 

it depends on what server you got as both the shared servers are down as im on cpanel shared server and the direct admin one is down aswell.Its been down for like 5 days which really annoys me...

 

im on a shared cpanel too and im waiting to work again

 

yeah well goodluck m8.Ive asked the owner whats going on and he said he told the datacenter to reboot the server.But even i know that it dont take 5 days to reboot.He said its typical hong kong.Always do it when they want.I dont think thats much of a excuse though

 

kids and n00bs are on mission to spoil the image of a good host

next time better you find the real cause before posting anything sir

 

im sorry but get a life m8.... im here to inform people about it as people might have still been interested in buying a account and i wanted to give them first hand warning.As far as i know digital point is also about informing people about news aswell.so before you fly off the handle like some other low lifes here please think before you right as i could have easily left it quiet and people go and spend money and lose all there details

well the shared cpanel is back up now as ive been able to get on my sight

 

still having problems with my site with the databases and waiting for the support team to check/fix and give me a reply ....

 

i dunno whats going on m8.I think if you want good service then upgrade to a semi dedicated with them.Or if you have msn i can put you in touch with a few great web hosting providers

 

It seems like their whole server is down, dont know why. If it was just apache, you would recieve a DNS error when opening the page. Thanks for notifying us priviet02.

 

no probz m8 any time....... Ive left them now as i werent happy with the service.But there semi dedicated servers are really good though

 

anyone still having problem with shared cpanel or its only mine?

 

No one answers in this company for support and its very annoying when you paid for 1 year and in 3 months period your site is down for 1 month and not getting any help or information!!
