wrongfully accused of selling warez, thread deleted and infraction received.

Hello,
7 months ago, I've bought the famous 50+ huge databases pack from allnukestuffstore.com
I've been selling it nicely for the last months here.. but 2 days ago I've got an infraction because :

Reason: Inappropriate Post/Thread

I've started my thread here 7 months ago.
I've sold several copies of the databases.
I host my files on my server and I have the right to sell the pack.
Why did I received an infraction because someone on portaliz started a thread 21 days ago giving out my stuff ?

The moderator who gaved me the infraction and deleted my thread was blind not to see the DATES ??
That's why it's there.. Thread start on ... DATE.
