wrong EPP code when its actually correct

I am transfering few domains and 2 of them gets canceled due to wrong EPP code. Trieda again - same story. I triple checked authorization codes and they were 100% correct. How is that possible and which registrar is responsible for this glitch - the one that provides the code, or the one I am transfering to?

Thing is that I transfered hundreds of names between those registrars without problems. Another thing is that I was transfering 5 names now and 3 went ok and 2 were cancelled because of "wrong" EPP. Ok so I thought maybe I copy/pasted wrong or something. I tried transfering once again making 100% sure EPP were correct and got canceled again due to "wrong" code.

In case you are 100% sure that you got the correct EPP from the losing registrar then it must be down to you making a mistake I think...

Try to copy and paste the EPP code into notepad, (available from the Windows Start Menu under "Accessories"). That will remove any formatting that you may have if you are copying the code from an html email for example.

Nope, not that case. Tried that as well. plus that it would not explain why 3 domains got passed and 2 canceled.
I was 100% sure that I was entering correct (ones provided by losing registrar) codes. Its a mystery.
I got it solved by losing registrar changing codes to new ones. But like I said I am 100% sure that I was entering the exact code given by losing registrar. I may make a mistake once, but not after trying second and third time.

Well then I have to admit that it's a mystery! I have never seen that happen in all the thousands of domain transfers I have done...it's always been my mistake or the losing registrar's when something has gone wrong.

Anyway, glad to see that you got it solved! :)

So providing wrong EPP code does not count as a mistake by losing registrar? :)
ps: I also transfered hundreds of names and I never experienced that before.
