Why you say so and how do you predict that?

 

I am interested in buying a website but I noticed that the current PR is 5/10 but the cached version dated 29/12/05 was only 1/10.

Has there been a recent update or should I be suspicious of the sale?

The winner is determined by when the TBPR is completed, not when the DC's begin their flux. Data centers stay in a state of flucuation more often than not, so that's not a reliable determining factor for a winner, so when went off when the Google Toolbar updates PR across the net. Feel free to pick a new date that hasn't been chosen, unless you're confident that today's the day
