writing Terms and Conditions for social networking site

    I need to write Terms and Conditions for new social networking sites. I am wondering if I can copy some parta of Terms and Conditions from other social networking sites. I heard that contract and Terms and Conditions can not be protected and could be copied. Is that true?

    Is there any free template for Terms and Conditions on web?
