i don't believe you can unless you have also done the animation or have the original file broken up into frames but i could be wrong
there are many ways to do this. i think your example is a java applet, but you can do it with php also. What do you want to do with the result? If you dont want an application, just want some text over the animation the easiest way to do is to simply use css. Its a piece of cake. You have a div tag in html with the image inside it, and an other div, with the text or an other image (a gif, if you want styled text like in your example) than position the the div with the text above the animation and you are done. pm me if you need help. Well, if the image was .gif you wont be able to edit it, unless you have the psd file ( if it was made in photoshop ). If you do, then i can help you. Just PM me/
