I was doing some work over the internet and I stumbled upon a niche in say 'blue widgets' category. I searched this niche in the google adwords external tool and found that for 0.05 $ and 0.10 $, I could get 1-3 postions and 4-6 positions for many keywords which I think will convert well. I checked out the sponsored results of the keywords which would give me the 4-6 positions and found some sites which have been online for some time. So, I am assuming that they are making a profit. I searched whether an ebook was available in that niche, but found that there was none. Since, I am knowledgeable in that niche, I have considered writing an ebook in that niche and then promoting it through PPC. Do you think that this will be beneficial? I mean, will this idea make money for me? Also, I am under 18, so I cannot buy adwords ppc myself. But can I find say 1-2 people who can partner with me in this project and once the ebook is finished, can promote it through their own ppc?
BTW, did you try wordtracker.com to estimate traffic amount for your keywords? There is free trial, I always check my keywords before making decision about starting a new site
