Writing Articles is a great way to get targeted traffic to your website. One of the best article directories out there is ezinearticles.com I would highly recommend using it to promote your niche.

Writing articles is very easy, you just look at your swipe file for ideas.

Once you are set on an idea:

I have been writing articles and have several dozen published and havent heard of a swipe file

were do I get one? I think this would help me turn abstract ideas into published articles faster

 

Basically a swipe file is just a folder of all the articles being published by other authors in your targeted niche. You just basically take a copy of all of them and save them to either google docs or on your hdd

 

I am afraid that if I used this article thing my AdSense account may be banned as i had a bad experience in the past for articles.

You just described how I write all my articles.

I always look around my niche for ideas and gather them into a file. Then organize them into short outline form and expand on it from there.

I always save the title for the end as I always have a better idea of the article focus when I complete it.

 

Well yeah its the easiest way of writing articles and plus you save money because it means you dont have to outsource

Swipe file is a NEW term to me... Hmm.. Can you cite an example of swipe file?

 

Can you put a link to your site, on articles, so if it went to 800 article directories, you have 800 links back, plus it would be easier for readers to go to your site.
Dose the article have to be unique, or can you put the article on your own site, before you send it to article directories.
