    openagain,

e-Junkie.com is great and only costs $5 per month. There's a lot you can to with the program too eg. give discounts to certain people etc.

You could make a membership site and host the file in a members only section of the site.

why don't you make an automated email.
So after they purchased, the email will be sent to the buyer.
Though, i don't know to make it, maybe you can ask in the web development or somewhere else

You can make a membership login page for the people who want to purchase your E-book....

Anyone with the intent to re-distribute your ebook without your permission will only need to download it once. When the file's on the culprit's computer, there's not much you can do to control it besides monitor the web for cases of infringement. It's part of the business.
