Writers needed to do annotation/critique on academic journals

As stated, I'll need to find writers with good writing skills to do this job. (Some college/university experience is preferred but not required as detailed instructions will be given)

I have 5x pieces of journals(pdf articles) that needs to be annotated (or summarized) individually with a word length of 300+ words each...
