Hi, I recently started a fantastic writing service catering to anyone needing great quality, english and understandable articles, content, sales letters and virtually anything else in the writing world. So the problem is that although I have a small team of international writers, work has been coming in the door so quickly we need to add more quality writers to our team.

If you are English speaking, and fluent english writers, and you are interested in coming on board we welcome your application. I intend to pump this business very hard, and promote it widely both offline and online, and will not hire writers outside of our group, so to be in the group is your only chance of gaining good reliable work.

If you are interested in this as an ongoing and productive work option, please contact me, and I will send you the necessary registration information. Please be warned that if your PM or email seems to be written in poor english, I will not respond. Either you are a natural english speaker, or you will take the time to proof-read your content to make sure there are no errors. Laziness is not allowed on my team.

We have been in business long enough to know that the only truly successful business is repeat business, and some of our clients have now requested hundreds of articles from us in just 3 short weeks. This is only because we have delivered quality and at reasonable rates. You will need to fit this standard.

Thanks for reading, sorry if you think this sounds arrogant, but in the end, being blunt, honest and clear from the beginning saves your time and mine.

    Regards
    Bryce :)

Hi everyone and thank you to all those people who have already responded to this post :)

I wanted to take this opportunity to provide some more detail about what we are doing here, and hopefully this will clarify some things for some people.

Firstly, this is NOT a project. What it is is an ongoing development of a Collective Writing Organization whereby we are able to promote, market and secure lucrative writing contracts right across the internet.

We are looking for realiability #1, quality #2, and flexibility #3, and of course at this stage we are concentrating on English speaking people with writing skills. However that being said, we intend to also build an international profile of people that can write in many different languages, and cater to a wide range of markets.

One of the reasons that has prompted me to write this update, is the rates people are charging for writing, and I would like everyone to consider the following before responding to this thread. This will be an ongoing thread at this stage, and although I am personally a member of many different forums, DP is the only place this information cuurently resides. Therefore at the moment, it is only DP members who have this opportunity.

As any good writer will know, there are many different aspects to this industry, and one of the most important is the client. What does the client want? When does the client need it? and what is the client willing to pay? These are all valid questions, and if you are like me, I will NEVER turn work down, and for two reasons.

    1. It does not make good business sense to turn work away, and
    2. It is not great service to reject a clients request for service.

Let me give you an idea of where I started. I was happy to write for anyone with a valid reason for needing my services, and I had no problem working 16 hour days to achieve what my clients wanted, and on time. I sometimes would write 20 articles for a client who was short on cash, for just a dollar an article. Why? Well I guess if you need to ask, you probably arent the person for this collective. My reasoning was simple, and we all know it in other areas of IM, as "over delivering"

You see my philosophy was and still is, if someone comes to me needing some content to get them started and they do not have a lot of money, of course I will do the job for them. By doing so I know there is a 90% chance that they are going to come back to me when they do have more money, to get me to do more work for them. I also know that they are going to talk to others about this wonderful team of writers, who were prepared to spend an hour to write 10 articles, for next to nothing.

Those days of "relying" on this low revenue have gone, and although I will still do this for people in genuine situations, (judged to be so by me), but I have more than enough work coming in, to compensate for it initially, and I still have that 90% chance that the people I do this for are going to come back time and time again.

A recent client is a classic example of this, whereby we agreed to write for him atthe rate of $2.20 for a 500 word article. We wrote 100 articles at this rate, and we did them to our usual high standard, we were 4 days late on delivery, and we provided a rewrite with each of the 100 articles. Now I can hear some of you laughing, and saying "WTF" - well let me tell you that this client is now giving us orders of 500+ articles at a time, we have written EBooks for him, 22 Sales pages and there is more work on the way. This is just one client, but it emphasises my point.

Okay so where is this leading? Well although I have not had a response yet that would indicate rates of less than 1 cent per word for writing, I am also looking for writers that will write for less, as well as those for the top end of the market. You will need to have the mentality that, sometimes less is more, and I want to be able to accept all work, regardless of the price (within reason). This will lead to many long term business relationships, and this is where we all get to share the rewards.

So, if you are considering responding to this post and you are looking to become a part of a great team of people who actually care about the people they provide a service to, then this could be the place for you. If not, there is probably no point responding, because if your rates are not flexible, on a job by job basis, you wont receive any work orders.

We are living in tough times, and there is not a person on the planet who does not know this. To be trying to capitalize on the woes of others is not my style. I have made my money through caring first, and earning second. That business model is now paying off.

    Thanks for listening (or reading)
    Bryce
