Sorry, for saying this, but you might get more customers if you lower your rates.
Your rates are about 3 cent/word.

You try surviving in the UK for lesser prices - they are about as cheap as we can go anyway!!

Our writing is quality stuff - you get what you pay for.

Not fear marketing just an experimental tactic.

KiHack. Thank you for your advice. This is first time I have posted my services in this particular forum so I will be experimenting myself. I have been online for several years myself and enjoy the learning process.

... your prices are a tad high. Drat! Just when I need someone to re-write about 20 pages. I know, costing of living and what not.

Also, length's a bit short for reader satisfaction. We find at least 650 words gives reader a sense of substance, which leads to reading or, at least, viewing more pages. Also, a couple of points, easily fixed, punctuation, which is almost totally absent, and paragraphing, which is inconsistent and bizarre: there's almost no development of ideas, which get plopped on page and abandoned. Orphaned ideas are a sad lot.

One or two of the samples lack a coherent narrative, too.

Ergo, Kihack, the 15 year old web thousandaire, is correct. Keep at it and you'll come out on top of the game. I'd strongly suggest you read, before bed tonight, "Eats, Shoots and Leaves."

    All thoughts 100% constructive criticism.

    Good luck.

I did research before setting up prices and deciding number of words for articles and approx 500 seems to be the optimum. I sometimes write more.

Thank you for your constructive criticism - all the samples are pieces of work that clients have been very happy with. I happen to disagree with most of what you wrote but that's life - no pleasing everyone.

I don't have a 1st Class BA honours Degree in Business Studies and Marketing and MA in Marketing Management through no development of ideas on paper or incoherent narrative.

And I have been writing since a very young age and would really like to make a career out of it without people trying to knock me back into the hole I popped out of.
