Writer for PR needed for a startup company (part time)

I am currently working on a classifieds site, will be launching in about 2 months .

I need someone who can write for our PR, branding purposes, we have lots of ideas, just need a talented writer who can put our thoughts on paper .

Budget is about $ 300/month to start , I know its not a lot but it is a startup company with little $$$, but if you are interested , please pm me with what you can offer, what would you bring to the table . This would be ideal for someone from the US who lives abroad in a third world country, it would be a good supplemental income . Fluent in english is a must , thanks .

You will not have to market, we take care of that, just need a creative writer for the content .
