Write protect a single file on a USB ?

    I want to store a write protected *file* on a USB stick... i want to be able to open and view and add more files to the USB but not delete the *file*.

    Even when formated i want *the file* to still be on the USB.

    Can this be done ??

    Will i need to get the factory to do this ?
