I want to write for others(not articles directories -big sites) for promotion: like write for Developer Shed sites.I wish to submit articles for free, original,
unpublished articles. I need some sites (other then Developer Shed sites) that accepts article about computers, programming.
    I repeat not Article Directories

no way; I said not articles directories -big sites for promotion: like write for Developer Shed sites.
example : seochat for seo; devhardware - for hardware
your site is very small, PR0, no ezine, and traffic?

Look into content networks. They get ignored a lot in general, but most accept guest articles on various topic sites, and they tend to be ranked decently and bring in enough traffic from a targeted niche audience to make it worth your while.

I'd suggest seeing if there's an appropriate site at About.com, and contact their Guide to see about submitting a guest article - that's the site you'd likely get the most traffic from.

You could try Suite101 as well. I manage the technology writers there, so if you want to contact one of the writers about the possibility of a guest article, I'll gladly put you in touch with them.
