Lol! It wouldn't help us. They might not know how PayPal works. It will be complete waste to mail them.

True there are very few people in India who knows about PayPal and their ways of working. So I don't think local authorities can be of much help in this matter.

Or may be they bann India completely from their list, just like Pakistan.

 

Just informing them....NDTV.com has used paypal sometime ago...
