The red arrows seem very pixelated, also i do want to sway away from the red arrows as we do already use that on the current banner, i am hoping the winner of this competition can work on a further re-desgin if the right design is submitted. One other thing the UFC image saying UFC 100 is outdated. UFC 100 was over a year ago, we need to keep things current.

This is deffinitly more the type of banner i am looking for! It doesn't include the arrow concept that has been used in previous banners we have used. I also like how the background is subtle. The text is too large i think though and the wrong font. Maybe something smaller and underneath the logo? i'm not sure. I do want aspects of the banners from the first post used. I just want to sway away from multiple arrows all over the banner, this banner is a very good point in the right direction!
