    I want to sell this one quickly, I'm in a fix for money and I need the funds ASAP! This website makes me money every month by gaining me clients for development work, and the theme is 100% completed (not saying there couldn't be more things added to it) which is why I'm offering to keep updating the theme for you for up to 6 months after purchase.

    The theme comes with a custom page template for a portfolio, a nice lightbox script, neatly organized and readable content, and it is very user friendly.

    This domain name is excellent for a WordPress hacks blog, or a WordPress experts portfolio (such as myself :)).
