Well while most are listed there not all are. MANY sites make top 10 lists of plugins/widgets. I'd suggest doing a Google search for "Top 10 Wordpress Plugins" or "Top 10 Wordpress Widgets" .. possibly add in another keyword if your looking for ones dedicated to advertisements, social networking, etc and you might be able to find some new ones or those that are preferred by other bloggers out there.
