does anyone know what template is used for this blog ?

It's very popular template little modified, but I can't remember the name. Check out http://themes.wordpress.net/ and see your self.

 

Almost spring.. (well not really) but that's the name of the template.. http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/themes.php first pick!
