Buying WP Template for a Nokia's Themes site

    Hi

    i need a wp designer who can create a template for my nokia theme site. I dont mind if you use an existing theme and modify it but it should suit my needs.

    Also i cant offer any fancy price so please come with a conservative estimate.

    Payment will be done by PP & only after the work is according to my specifications.
