My wp super cache plugin create duplicate pages or content.....Now I had two URL structures working on the blog. They were: articles2u.com/ and articles2u/index.php The same problem was happening on all posts and pages - articles2u.com/post-title/ and articles2u/post-title/index.php Please solve my problem, google penalize my blog.
if you are facing the cannonical url problems (duplicate urls) then you can install the wordpress plugin "redirection" and then in the settings of the redirection plugin select the option to strip the index etc. files at the end as well as the www at the start. Just install redirection plugin and you will see all the options if you look carefully.
I am having multiple problems with this as well, I have been hit with a duplicate content penalty for backslash and no backslash. Do you have any suggestions for this or will the redirection plugin work here as well?
