WP still shows unwritable though Cmod to 777

    I have a blog with with One click plugin update. I test on local host is fine, but it refuse to work in the production one. Can this be cz of safemode on, open-base or anything?

    Try setting CHMOD to 755 or 644.

    also make sure that you have permissions to change the permissions of the files (like if the files were created with root user and you are logged in as another user)

    actually you should chmod the WordPress theme files to 666

    Yes, I even stated on my title that I set it to 777, but it turns out that the plug-ins still can't modify its folder. Also, the problem exist with Super-Catch, in which it refuse to automatically crate its own files. I am an admin, so I guess, I have full access there.

    Any help please?
