WP site, unique content, travel niche site, written by expert

I wrote a site about the Grand Canyon and am selling it. It doesn't really have any traffic or earnings yet. I lived for a while at the Grand Canyon and wrote the site from an insider's perspective. I do believe it has earning potentials, but honestly I'm just not that interested in the site and would rather pour time into something I enjoy.

3. I've written 5 niche articles for marketing purposes and had them published by EzineArticles.com. The link in the publisher area goes to www.grandcanyonplans.com If you'd like to see the articles go to the website at http://www.gcplans.wordpress.com and click on the articles link. You'll have full rights to the articles. They're currently in my Ezine account, I don't think that matters though.

Couple of other things:

1. If you go to the following link you will find a lot of public domain photos of the Grand Canyon. Good free way to spruce up the site: http://www.nps.gov/archive/grca/photos/

2. Some may be wondering why it's not hosted on grandcanyonplans.com right now, but on wordpress instead. It was, until WP banned that account of mine due to my violations of their TOS. I had banner ads in text widgets and I guess they didn't like that. Fortunately I already had it backed up before they banned it.

3. When I imported the file back into WP it had lost it's original formatting. I'm not sure if I had done something wrong or not, but it took maybe 15 minutes to restore it to the way I liked it. If it loses it's formatting when I transfer it to the seller I'd be happy to help them fix it, but it's pretty simple and didn't take long at all. Basically just changing the widgets back around.

Any other questions feel free to ask! All in all I think it's a good site and has some good earning potential. Currently, I have over 5 affiliate programs on there. One notable affiliate is United Grand Canyon. They sell air tour tickets from two helicopter companies, one airline, and also sell tickets for the Grand Canyon skywalk. You get 10% commission, and those air tour tickets aren't cheap!

good point. i wasn't actually planning on using the edit feature, one good reason being what you just mentioned. i was just being facetious.

lots of potential in this site: amazon affiliates, adsense, shareasale.com has some great affiliate programs to go along withthis, travel affiliates.

remember, it also has 5 well written ezine articles already linking to it also, so that could help with traffic.
