WP site map generator ....

    anyone come across any site map generator will split the sitemap, when it reach 40k link ??

    You might be able to do that in setting with Google sitemap xml.

    Just install Google Sitemap XMl Plugin then Activate it..

    Yah! Install it. I have installed it for one of my website and it works well as it has almost 45k link.
