I am wondering if there is a way that I could update(In one click) all of my POST on word press even though I don't make changes.

What I mean is that to automate EDIT > SAVE to all my POST on wordpress...

Coz I think spiders crawl on my website every time I EDIT > SAVE my POST, I want to do that every day. But it's just that I got alot of post already... :D

Not exactly... You do have blogs right? It's like you want to update something your BLOG so click EDIT right? then after that YOU click save/update right?

So thats what I want... I want to automate the update like it's artificial... I just want this for experimentation..

For that i think you have to create a custom widget, and code it accordingly. ( WP is open source ). but i doubted if it consider your post as a new one unless you add/delete anything there..its my doubt am not sure..

Updating your old posts are good... in terms of SEO and so far there is no single plugin to do this at one click...

Only if you're updating them to provide relevant information and updates. If you're pinging the search engines just to get their spiders to come back and re-crawl the pages, you'll be in for a rude surprise when your site gets banned for trying to manipulate them (and pinging them unnecessarily).
