Selling WP-powered free small business software web site

The domain itself has a history -- someone registered it between 2003 to 2005 before closing it down (you can refer to the Internet Wayback Machine). Site uses a slightly customized version of the Branford Magazine theme.

I had high hopes for the site, but as many of my sites, have no clue about promoting it and optimizing it for keyword rankings et al. Now I'm just too tired to develop it. Only has 7 posts all unique.

I'm willing to part with the domain only, for $7.50, or content only, for $15.00.
