WP plugin/widget for popular/featured/recent posts

    Hello,
    I'm looking for a sidebar display which will show posts organized by certain criteria, ie most popular, recent, etc. I'd like it to be as customizable as possible. I like the layout on this site: http://www.fourhourworkweek.com/blog/

    Any suggestions?

    why not try some premius wordpress theme like monosense ? i think that serves the purpose.
