WP plugin to post to multiple blogs at once?

Have you used a WP plug-in that lets you posts to bunch of your own WP blogs from one central location?
If you have used any that is reliable and stable, please recommend it here.

If it supports spin syntax and can post slightly different version to each blog, all automatically, even better!

 

I use Windows Live Writer to post to multiple blogs directly from one program. You could also use Blog Desk. Both are programs that run on your PC, but neither uses a plugin and they are not spinners.
