Wp Plugin to control User and writer

hello,

i am looking for wp plugins that i open add post for some user to write in my blog without see any thing inside like posts and plugin and after i can approved this post or now

i search a lot but fail

create some roles for your users and then apply them to their accounts to limit what they can do in WP.

I believe WP also comes with a contributor level as standard....

 

The user role editor plugin is very good plugin. It will cover all the needs and your requirements.
