WP Plugin for submiting a file!

    I'm looking for a wordpress plugin that allows visitors to submit a file via a web based form. I want to accept photos, doc files on my site,
    I want the files to be uploaded to a particulr folder on my server .
    I dont users/wp to mail the files in my inbox instead i want the files in a particular folder on my server!

    I've tried with "wordpress-contact-form-with-attachments-fixed" , "contact-form-7"

    Is there any plugin which can solve my problems?

    that plugin requires wp 2.7 at the least

    any plugin ... which will do the job ... any plugin which will work in a local server using wampp or xampp
