    Mostly user and me also use Google XML Sitemap it is very friendly plugin so I recommend to that plugin.

    I agree, the best plugin for WordPress is Google XML Sitemaps, I've tried a few others but this is the plugin I use and certainly one you should consider.

    friends, i am using YOAST xml sitemaps .. Is it a good idea to switch to google xml sitemaps ? Will i have any benefits if i switch to it interms of traffic ?

    You also have to consider if you need the plugin to generate image sitemaps, video sitemaps etc. before you can say which solution is best :)
