I installed this plugin, .pagenavi shows up but when you click one of the pages, it just stays on the same page (ie. it saysd page 1 of 3 and when you click page 2 it just stays on page 1).

    what I have to do ? :(

It's probably conflicting with another plugin or the theme that you are using.
Offhand, which theme + plugins + wordpress version? That might help narrow down the problem.

I think its because of theme . these people have same issue :

    h**p://wordpress.org/support/topic/wp-pagenavi-showing-same-posts-on-all-paginated-pages
    h**p://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/17210/same-posts-from-my-homepage-are-on-all-of-my-different-page

some of them say something about loop . but I don't know where it is .

Assuming your using default post type and index.php is where the posts shows up, I will go with harry.singh. we need to see the index.php code.
