Not really the best solution, but at least it works.
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/global-translator/

There are a few more plugins so you can test it.
Global translator is good for blogs with lot of content but if you want professional translation, you probably don't wanna use it, especially if you need it for your website that selling services of products.

I second the suggestion for global translator. Do not forget to configure it about how many flags you want in the sidebar then drag the widget over to your sidebar to get it working.

    Hello,

thanks guys. I have found one grate plugin(after two days) - Transposh. It is something like global translator but there you have option to edit all words on page. This is good for editing menus and widgets what you can not do with global translator.

Yes, but if you need to fix some words you can not do that. Wit this plugin you can. Try it if you will need it and you will see that is better. This was something what I needed.

If you are starting to build your website from scratch, I suggest using Joomla as a CMS. It's a bit more complicated but more powerful, and the JoomFish plugin works wonderfully well for translation. Translates menus, tags, alt text, every single bit, and never gets in the way of your site structure.

Global Translator can boost your traffic but it also can cause you some problems.

I was running Global Translator on one of my sites and everything was great.
Here is what started happening after a while.
1.Lots of errors in Google webmaster tool : Google webmaster tool started showing lots of unreachable errors.
2.Server load : With the translation it increase the server load to a great extent.

So be aware of using this plugin.
