WP-o-Matic plugin not working - Please Help

    Hi, i have installed the WP-o-Matic plugin in my wordpress Blog.
    But WP-o-Matic is not fetching plugins automatically.

    It pull the article if i click on Fetch. but it does not pull article automaticly.
    can anyone help me here? how to set up cron properly?
