I downloaded the plugin for WP-o-matic but it's giving me this

Image cache path /home/physiosc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-o-matic/cache is not writable!

How do I fix this? I'm a little confused. Can anyone help me set this up properly?

Right click cache set directory permission to 777
if not work ,do same to "wp-o-matic", "plugins","wp-content"

I'm assuming to do this under my directories on FileZilla or something?

Yeah. You can use filezilla, cuteftp, flashfxp or from your control panel file manager

Thanks for the information guys. I already have FileZilla, so I'll most likely be using that. Just to find which directory the cache is under now! :)
