    content: wp blog with all plugins/features installed for a movie site. it's not a porn site obviously but a site where you can watch more "adult" minded A-movies. I added 2 movies as an example.
    traffic: site is new. keyword density is pretty high for "watch erotic movies" and competition is low.
    revenue: you can monetize via different ways (amazon, adsense, cpalead,...)
    extra: i will provide sources where to get the movies & info to easy upload them + provide a script so your embedded movies will hide the ads from the streaming sites.
    selling:getting rid of my movie sites because i invested in a membership based site.
