yes, I am using latest WP version, is there any ecommerce plugin that supports multishop?

http://premium.wpmudev.org/project/e-commerce That is the only thing I have seen but it does not quite work as you want it to. You will have to leverage wpmu to do this.

About xcart, since I'm using WP and want to keep its css design, footer, header, etc... that wont work for me.

It would be nice not to update to WP-MU... (this could be dangerous http://mu.wordpress.org/forums/topic/12584)

but I wonder if wp-ecommerce (getshopped) and cart66 could support this multishop feature
