WP-Blog (unique theme) Originally providing "PHP-Nuke" Stuff but kinda converted into all interesting internet stuff (themes, ebooks, software etc...)
there are 134 created unique articles! (worth +$1000) I have added many unique created themes and ebooks over the paste years downloaded many times by users
I will explain where and how I got my content and you will obtain full rights on the content created and bought by myself and listed on the blog.

Traffic
The site ranks in first page for various rich keywords (phproxy, phproxy themes, php nuke stuff, free proxy,...)
The blog has 2812 registered members (Last count February this year: 2608) and an average new member ratio of 2/day
The blog receives 50uv's day (used to be 200 but stopped promoting last few months) 50% from search engines
On the blog you can see a live traffic feed which shows where the traffic comes from.

I used to have adsense on it which was earning me $5/day but I quit with adsense and now I use infolinks on the site (I disabled it for selling) which was earning me well over $1/day. The cj.com webhosting banners get a few sales each month and all the stuff I put on the site gets download many times a day! (you can always incentivize it)

Comes with allnukestuff.com, and is a digital product with resell right store. It has over 300 licensed/copyrighted products for sale. Unique theme and licensed eStore script, and users buy their products via paypal. (you can always convert it into a CPALead gateway download site!)

Traffic
Total number of users in mailing list. 353
The site receives +- 30uv's/day and is ranked position 1 for "resellable digital products" and first page for "digital products with resell rights". (In March I boosted the traffic with azoogle and adwords to around 150uv's/day and earnings doubled easily)

Total number of sales. 3061 in the paste 3 years.
Average income per month for the last 6 month's is around $30 per month with absolutely no promotion. I can show you and forward screenshots/mails of incoming purchases.
No other income sources although you could easily insert adsense in the sidebar and header (via admin panel) or other banners.

Price: I only sell as a package BIN is $290 I probably could sell for more but this site deserves a good admin with time to manage these sites.

Why am I selling: As you may have guessed, no more time, I have other projects running and cannot see this site die because of innactivity. I loved it!
