Hi, a lot of people are using the global translator plugin. It will automatically translate all your content in like 80 languages. However, it also changes all of your links making it hard to identify that the original content is english (except for the dodgy quality of whatever language people are seeing). Is there any way I can add a widget in the sidebar that a.) will not get changed by the plugin and b.) will only show up on the translated pages (so not the english original) that shows people clearly that this is a translated page and has a link to the english version on it? I know they can click the flag in the plugin but I really dont want to put that to prominently on the english version... Thanks, ~Bart
what plugin you are using ? unless we looking into the plugin, how it processes it is hard to say ...
its the wp global translator plugin (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/global-translator/installation/) you can see the implementation on the site in my signature, its on the far right bottom (flags). Thanks!
I hear it can be done using conditional formatting (http://impresslab.com/design/conditional-formatting-in-wordpress/). Now, Im not a techie, can anyone help me set it up?
Conditional formatting is complicated, Yes. I could work on it for you if you need me to. Please let me know.
