Buying WP Expert

    I need to hire a WP expert to put together a range of websites, I'm not looking for someone who can make a few tweeks to a theme but someone who can make WP provide a unique solution for a variety of sites.

    examples of what i'm looking for

    carpetandbeds(dot)co.uk - not complete

    I've had a few replys thanks guys some are not relevant however here is a list of details to help

    Developers should be able to:

    1) Valid XHTML + CSS
    2) IE7-8, Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Opera compatible
    3) Light Code (css and scripts should be organized and easy to use by other developers)
    4) Basic PHP
    5) Wordpress (the ability to create and manage custom themes, including custom field data, page templates and plugin implementation)

    Please reply with examples of your work
