Try to disable plugin one by one and look if it works and see which plugin can possibly cause this error.
Let me know if it helps.

maybe its a server side issue because I am submitting sitema.xml file to Google but status is "error", right now I have activated "Elitwee MyTwitter" plugin and found following error on blog page:
    My Tweets
Error: Cache location must be writable.

    problem is still there

Maybe you have permalinks configured under Settings > Permalinks but your .htaccess file is problematic. Set permissions of your .htaccess to 0777, then go to Settings > Permalinks and click 'Save Changes'. When you're done, change permissions on your .htaccess back to 0644. See if that fixes it.

    Change .htaccess to 0777
    Then Change Permalinks
