Buying wp developer

    I am looking for a wp developer that can set up a pay per view site for me.

    only free plugins can be used that are part of the wordpress repository.

    any custom code has to be theme independent so that themes can easily be changed.

    Outline

    * I want to have data similar to imdb.com about each movie ie director, actors etc
    * Gallery with images of the movie
    * Trailer
    * visitors have to register before they can watch movies
    * the purchase of a movie will give them access to the movie for 24 hours.
    * Profile pages for actors etc

    I think these are the main items.

    This can't truly be theme independant. Gallery maybe but if you want profile pages for actors etc etc, then that requires a custom theme that would display actor information.
